As Director, Business Planning and Operations within the Chief Medical Office at AstraZeneca. The scope of my role is to partner with the Leadership team to develop and the annual scorecard, forecast resource, communicate progress with the wider organisation, steer corrective action, support key initiatives with change management, support the leadership team to be effective and flag any risks and mitigations to the respective Vice President.
Absolutely! I've gained a broader awareness of the business landscape. Brought new theoretical models and ways of thinking and working to my role. I have increased my financial acumen, ability to manage risk and leadership facilitation skills.
