Analysing data and using it to create doughnut charts and graphs that are used in CIO decks that I also create and populate with slides from multiple sources.
Gotten better at excel over the year, developed the skill of making a power point presentation more appealing on the eye and making the content flow better.
Friendly talent coaches, the multiverse experience was pleasant. Helped meet goals, helped with tasks when struggling. The Barclays side of the apprenticeship is quite distant. Not told when we have tasks straight away.
Same as above. Multiverse side is structured, calls every few weeks with lessons on PowerPoint and Excel. Assignments to complete after each lesson that allows us to use the new things we've learnt. Barclays apprenticeship coaches minimal involvement.
Always supported by my line manager and other members of my team when struggling with tasks given to me. Easy to ask for support as well as they are very happy to assist.
Lots of support was provided by multiverse coaches up until the EPA. I had my EPA then they started putting in calls to support with EPA prep so was a bit disappointed in that regard. Not much support on Barclays apprenticeship coaches. Given objectives to complete and left to complete them without assistance.
Gave me the skills to be better at excel which I use in my every day role so greatly helped my performance.
Yes. Lots to get involved with each week. Not well shared though so have to remember to actually check what events are on.
Yes
Colleagues are friendly, work is interesting most of the time, lots of after work things/during work things to get involved with. Hybrid environment is a plus when you live far away.
Talk to people, that way if you're struggling with something you may know someone that could help you after your networking. Ask for help as soon as you feel you need it, my colleagues are more than happy to assist me with work should I need it so better to ask earlier than ask late and the work get completed later.
