Managing medical clearances, admin and invoice teams. Making a plan for the teams day and supporting as required.
From my apprenticeship I have learnt many skills and been able to use these in my day to day work. Unconscious bias has come in handy at a recent interview.
Lynsey is very supportive and keeps the course interesting, really enjoy it!
Lynsey makes sure the content keeps us interested and tells us how the day with run to ensure we know the days structure. Meetings are organised in advance and there's no surprises.
During high workload times, this is a challenge having the time to complete
I have no complaints, there has been plenty of support.
