Check in/out guests; managing bookings; dealing with guests queries over the phone, email and in person; helping other departments- housekeeping and breakfast . Health and Safety responsibility
I learned new skills ( back office related) and developed existing, such as a customer service
I enjoy it a lot. In the beginning of programme I thought that it will be complicated. But in reality it is easy and straightforward
