My role is challenging at times, however i receive plenty of support in my job role, and i am encouraged to succeed.
I have learnt new communicating skills and have also developed existing customer service and business skills.
I enjoy my programme as it develops my skills further.
My programme is very well structured, i have an online portal to complete all of the work on.
I Receive plenty of support from my employer, there are lots of options to go through if i need assistance.
I receive plenty of support from my training provider when working towards my qualifications.
I believe that my qualification helps me to perform better in my job role as it opens up the scope of the job role way more, and it means that I have a different outlook on the job role.
Yes, there are lots of different groups, workplace groups, and meetings that take place that are usually accessible to everyone.

It is good paying, and flexible hours. It also enables you to progress quickly in your career.
