my role is to provide customer experience in an admin role which for the civil service
the skills i have learnt is polishing skills such as decision making skills and being able to make decisions effectively
i enjoy the programme because there is so many skills and experience that has been learnt throughout
it is very well structured and organised in such a good way because of the development
there is plenty of support recieved from and having enough time to complete it
I recieved the best support from my training provider and would recommend as she was very reliable and communicated with me throughout the process and communication was excellent
it allowed me to gain more of an understanding of DWP and my job role and helped polish my skills
yeah they are plenty of organisational activities and groups available to join
Yes
Due to the opportunities available and a fun working environment and there's plenty of progression opportunities available
I would say to definitely give it a chance and to use the opportunities available as it's a great experience
