  • my role is to provide customer experience in an admin role which for the civil service

  • the skills i have learnt is polishing skills such as decision making skills and being able to make decisions effectively

  • i enjoy the programme because there is so many skills and experience that has been learnt throughout

  • it is very well structured and organised in such a good way because of the development

  • there is plenty of support recieved from and having enough time to complete it

  • I recieved the best support from my training provider and would recommend as she was very reliable and communicated with me throughout the process and communication was excellent

  • it allowed me to gain more of an understanding of DWP and my job role and helped polish my skills

  • yeah they are plenty of organisational activities and groups available to join

  • Yes

  • Due to the opportunities available and a fun working environment and there's plenty of progression opportunities available

  • I would say to definitely give it a chance and to use the opportunities available as it's a great experience
