analyse data about endpoints, ensure the tool we use is working correctly and resolving incidents/Jiras
data analysis, sql, python, communication, presenting
program is 2/3 lectures every month and rest is doing your own work which is great for me
very dependent on the coach you get, the beginning of the program was not organised at all - now it's good
Very supportive and I receive support from my boss as well as my colleagues (this is very dependent on team as I heard the opposite of my experience)
Very supportive, answers all questions and makes time for 1-1s when needed
my role is not exactly data analyst based however that allows me to stand out in my team as most are in different specialties and it allows me to have more experience/qualification if i chose to change my role later down the line
I dont really like to do extra-curricular activities however there are a lot of opportunities if i wanted
Yes
I had a great experience with my team and the benefits working for barclays are great, mainly the hybrid working and support from everyone around me
good luck, and if you get put in a not so great team try to change asap - especially in an apprenticeship as you will need your bosses support to complete it
