I am learning to be a Paint technician. This involves paint prepping, masking, paint base coat, applying clear coat and polishing.
I have learnt everything up to applying base coat.
So far I am enjoying my journey and I have no problems.
So far I have had a few problems with organising and crossed wires between my training provider. But they are not too major.
My managers and mentors are always pushing me to do better and letting me know how I am doing.
My skills coach is always easy to contact and he always goes out of his way to help when he can.
I feel that my training provider has a good structure and they allow you to improve in your own way.
