I have learnt many new skills, such as safeguarding, SENCO, dietary requirements, attachment theory, first aid, healthy & safety, observation and next steps.
The programme has been throughly interesting, informative and more enjoyable than I anticipated.
The organisation has been very good.
My employer has been very helpful and I have been well supported. I’ve been given time out of work for tutorials and have been able to discuss the topics I’ve been studying with management.
