Manage the day to day running of a hotel with a restaurant and provide the best customer service.
I have developed my management and leadership styles to understand the different ways to lead a team.
I have enjoyed learning the best methods to running a successful shift which will stay with me after the apprenticeship is over.
Very organised I have frequent meetings with my life time team member and there always on hand to help.
My Deputy hotel manger and hotel manager both support me in achieving my apprenticeship.
