I am a technical apprentice, i am tasked with completed smaller admin jobs to testing electronics unit and fault finding them.
I have learnt how to fault find and fix electronics, as well as the theory behind them.
I enjoy it and the way it is structured, however the level 2 and 3 NVQ provider could be improved.
the programme is structured well and the organisation is good however deadlines could be clearer or given earlier.
a lot of support is in place to try to give you the best chance of success.
i had support once the training provider was informed by my workplace about adjustments however there could be a better student support team that are qualified to deal with learners with support needs.
My qualification allows me to understand my day-today work as well as give me ideas on how to improve or solve problems faced within work activities.
There are employee resource groups which provided a plethora of activities to do outside of work.
