As part of a team I provide advertisers with a single platform for targeted reach, attribution, and unparalleled results across linear, OTT and digital through the world’s smartest connected audience platform.
I have learnt and developed many new skills including communication skills with stakeholders, clients and customers, presentation skills, decision making and strategy skills as well as personal skills such as time management techniques and critical analysis. And so many more.
I thoroughly enjoy my programme. I enjoy all aspects of my job as well as the degree. I also enjoy working in my office and the team I work for. It is such an amazing opportunity to gain experience whilst also gaining a degree!
My programme is very well organised and structured. For example Samsung makes sure all training sessions are placed in our calendars in advance and details of the training are given to us the week before so we are prepared. My University is also very well organised.
I receive a lot of support from my employer. This includes weekly check in's with my manager, reviews with the University and support from my apprentice manager. I feel like I can go to my employer with any problem and I will be fully supported.
I feel very supported. They provide reviews with myself and my mangers and if I need any extra support with my assignments I am given the support I need through extensions or 1-1 with the lecturer.
My qualification links very nicely to my job role as I am able to link the knowledge I learn to my job. This also helps me when providing examples in my University assignments.
There are many activities to get involved in. For example we have a number of committees including, women at Samsung, male allies, social, DE&I and more. We also have social events (Christmas party, team lunch's). Samsung also runs networking events.
Yes
I would very much recommend Samsung to a friend. The support I receive is amazing and they really care about your career development especially coming in straight from A levels it can be daunting. There are so many opportunities and experience to be gained. Samsung has great core values.
I would know a little about the company before applying as well as be confident.
