My role is to provide data lead insights to internal stakeholders, we communicate to provide strategy on the best course of action for the future.
Samsungs regular trainings have helped me develop and work on new skills. Such as: Communication, team working, negotiation, influence, confidence and problem solving.
I am very much enjoying my programme. The exposure to the business is brilliant, increasing involvement in certain events and work experiences which is broadening my business acumen.
Overall the programme is structured well with trainings at a high standard along with relevancy. I have grown in responsibility of tasks and am settling into the life at Samsung. Tasks and projects are very engaging and great for growth.
I feel consistently supported and have measures / people in place to help support me along my journey.
I receive regular support and the course is going great with it application to my work and qualification.
I feel that a lot of what I am being taught is extremely translatable with some modules/ assignments being based around Samsung which is great as I get to focus on my company and industry, build questions around this to ask my team for more information.
There are regular extra-curricular activities to be involved in. Sports teams, professional events to attend, cultural teams to be apart of.
Yes
There are vast amounts of opportunities to develop yourself and where you want to take your career. The culture is very much suited towards me and what I value.
I would recommend aligning yourself with the business and its values so that you can expect the work culture. With it being a global leader in the tech industry the business moves fast and relies on you to speak up yourself when you may or not know something.
