I ensure that customers feel welcomed, have everything they need, and leave feeling special. I know exactly what makes people happy and go out of my way to create memorable moments. I can quickly identify and resolve any issues that might affect their experience.
Just interacting with customers has developed my person skills
I enjoy my program that's to do with the online stuff but not really a fan of on front
My program is structured very well and it's very easy to understand and I don't need to worry about anything or trying to find anything
My employer was handy at times however at the start it was a bit hectic as to what was happening but once it got sorted out then it became easier
If this is about Gemma she's been amazing and very helpful I couldn't fault her at all she's kept on my case whenever I fall behind the tasks
I'm not sure it's helped me in some areas more then others but it's just feels the same I took this course to get my English GCSE and improve my skills with people
No none of these unfortunately
No
Because it depends what you want from a job if you like customer care and your generally a good person then yes I would however if your not looking for something fast paced and stressful don't come here go to somewhere else it's too hectic and honestly not worth the stress you get for the pay also if your doing nights sometimes you can't sleep so your health goes down overall for making friends however the managers can be good depending on who you get
Think before you apply to any job and actually visit the store before you try applying see it at its busiest and see it at its quieter times don't just apply cause it's an easy job to get make sure your ready for it otherwise you might get stuck here or just not enjoy the job however if you desperately need a job go here
