My Role involves the following: Managing monthly and quarterly reports for our TV and DA divisions Answering Adhoc insights requests from divisons Creating surveys and analysing data Managing CRM / digital marketing for our flagship programmes Events management for our flagship programmes Leading on volunteering programmes Studying one day a week
Time management How to analyse data How to tell a story from data Communicating with stakeholders
I thoroughly enjoy my apprenticeship programme at Samsung, It's the best decision I made and have been given the best opportunites. However, I don't think London South Bank University provides good support to their students and I don't think their management or teaching is to a good standard at all. The 8 starts are purely for Samsung
My Programme is very well structured with a clear 4 year breakdown
Samsung have supported me every step of the way from induction all the way to putting me forward for apprentice of the year! I am very appreciate for the support from Stacey - Runs the apprenticeship programme and Loretta my line manager
I don't receive a lot of support from my training provider and if I do it's very last minute and brief
I do this studying alongside working helps you develop massively
Loads !! I have done many social activities and professional networking events, such as: Southampton Bowling Drinks out Volunteering as a team ( Age UK and St peters) Apprenticeship ambassador conferences CMI summits Day events out
Yes
I would recommend Samsung to everyone and I have done multiple times
Be yourself Don't be afraid to push yourself out of your comfort zone Ask questions in your interview Most of all enjoy the process and trust your own abillity
