I'm a nursery practitioner and my job is to look after children at all ages. I play with them, feed them if they need it and change nappies if they're between 0 to 2.
I have developed some new skills. I've learnt safeguarding, first aid.
I really enjoy the programme. It gives me new knowledge and skills.
It is very well organised. I know what to do and when to do it.
I receive a lot of support from my employer. If I need help, she will explain to me what I need to do, step by step.
I receive a fair amount of support.
I feel confident on my training provider. I know that she will help me to become better.
There are certain activities that I can be involved in. I don't really go out on trips with the children, not yet anyway.

I never knew what paragon Skills do until my manager told me about it and I has my introduction. I wouldn't think who else would be better for me. I know I chose the right people to help me pass my Level 3.
They will help you in any way that they can. They are amazing on what they do. There's no reason to panic if you're late submitting your work or anything.
