  • I am a shift manager. I need to organise people, equipment and manage my time. Also I need to reach targets set by franchise. I need to look after the welfare of my crew. All of the above at the same time and more.

  • I have learnt a lot about how people are different and also how to lead a time effectively. I have developed many different skills from my apprenticeship.
