I am a shift manager. I need to organise people, equipment and manage my time. Also I need to reach targets set by franchise. I need to look after the welfare of my crew. All of the above at the same time and more.
I have learnt a lot about how people are different and also how to lead a time effectively. I have developed many different skills from my apprenticeship.
I very much enjoy my programme and my mentor is amazing and very supportive
My mentor organises everything very well and balances everything I need to help me.
I receive a lot of support from my employer.
My employer is my training provider and I receive a lot of support.
It helps me to home my skills and to run better shift achieving KPI targets
