My day to day role can change constantly with various tasks as cooking burgers or assembling them, or taking orders and payments and serving people food, or making drinks or bagging delivery orders, and training new staff and completing verifications to say who is trained where
Everything i have learnt are all new skills that over the years I have developed
I love my program all the support I am given and the knowledge I am learning
Very organised, suits my time, everything has a due by date to help set goals
Depending on what management is working, but overall all questions I have get answers
Omg so much help! He supports me and all questions, teaching and learning sessions are enjoyable and he understand my learning difficulties
I have developed more knowledge on how my store works and how to improve
There are crew events every 4months to meet up and do an activity, unfortunately unable to attend as normal scheduled to work

Because it’s a great environment and a laugh and you gain so many skills and opportunities to promote, also great pay won’t get it anywhere else
