Team management.
Learned new and also developed existing ones.
Raise the Bar team was extremely professional and supportive throughout the whole learning journey. I have met with other women from different industries and it was amazing to see their experiences and share tips for team management.
Very well. I had plenty of notice before upcoming workshops and plenty of time to do my assignments.
Matalan and my line manager were supportive, I had extra time allowance to complete required activities.
I had two coaches during my learning journey and both of them were absolutely amazing! Barbara and Amy, ensured that I understand what is expected from me for every activity, gave me feedback for every completed assignment and I had a massive support in preparation for my EPA exam.
I have increased my up to date knowledge, boosted my time management techniques and have better organization in coaching.
Engagement events.
