Learning all different aspects of Quarrying like things such as health & safety, environment, production, process, mechanical, electrical, how to manage people, dealing with contractors, etc
Skills i have learned and developed are i am better with using tools and how to use them safely and also how to talk in front of groups of people confidently
Really enjoy it i really get the chance to get better and keep developing in all different aspects of the A&A side of the business
I would say decent I've really enjoyed my time at Cairneyhill. I am now 18 months in and would like to go to different sites and develop my skills which i will be getting the opportunity to do so
I receive a good amount of support i have plenty of people to go to if i need help or i am struggling with something.
Good amount their always available if you need help
