I am a business manager for a reablement centre. I manage the rota, training stats, guests information stats and I am also front of house so I answer the phones and man the door for visitors and new admissions.
My overall knowledge in the business fundamentals and rolls within the company have certainty improved along with the understanding of stakeholders.
