Over see the day to day running of the Front of House staff. Ensuring all training is complete and they have the facilities to fulfil their job roles. Whilst ensuring all legislations are met and brand standards are adhered too. Mister Motivator is also my nickname and my responsibility. Haha.
I was ready for the role before. But am picking up new skills around BOH systems.
