Driving high-end business and developing new links to introduce new business.
I have learnt about finance and Project management which are departments I haven't been exposed to.
Learning new skills, and then putting them into practice within my role.
Regular reviews and feedback, and a great platform for work to be given and submitted, The content is a mix of self-study and workshops which have a great balance of learning styles.
My employer is 100% committed to ensure I get the best out of my apprenticeship and gives regular support where required.
Regular reviews, and always responds quickly with any ad-hoc questions i have.
Myself and my line manager have noticed a huge difference in my approach to certain situations since starting my apprenticeship.
Part of my role is attending networking events on behalf of my company. We do have regular team building events.

My employer is supportive of new ideas that i may have and i feel valued.
Although there can be a lot to learn, the new skills are well worth the time and effort of learning.
