My day to day role involves my job is to support the applications development team with the testing and deployment of application/software changes through the formal change management process. Pro-actively monitoring applications to capture potential issues at the earliest opportunity and I improve application support methods and standards across supported applications and resolve Incidents logged against applications within appropriate SLA’s
as the role I was assigned does not match with the Business Transformation course I was undertaking I have learned very little over the period
the lack of support received and the mis-alignment of the role has left me very disappointed in the whole programme
not at all well structured. senior leaders seem to have next to no awareness or interest in supporting those undertaking the course/apprenticeship. This means I was left alone to find my own way through it.
as detailed previously I have received next to no support from my employer
training provider has provided a lot of support through regular learning sessions, tutorials, and access to community resources
I do not feel the qualification will help at all in my current role. Hopefully it will in my next.

the company as a whole is a very good employer. They have excellent pay and conditions, look after your well being and provide loads of opportunity for development. However, I would not recommend Technology as a place to work given the lack of leadership and interest in my personal journey
give it a go!
