  • A lot of support is available if you request, if not requested you get your basic support twice a year from your tutor and support is available through email/team meeting.

  • Yes, what i learn from my training providers is translated to the business very well.

  • People are keen to support and develop you in your role, they offer a fantastic learning development package, access to a range of technologies not available else where.


  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to UBS?
  • Learn about UBS culture, familiarize yourself with the basics of how a bank operates (just the very basic if you're role is not in financial role) and its external influence e.g. regulatory. Further refine your soft skills as these are more important than technical skills.
