I am a PMO, which involves managing project budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting, ensuring cost control and financial accountability throughout the project lifecycle.
I have really improved my communication skills, I am more confident when talking to clients and chairing calls. I have also developed skills in financial management and defect management, which have both helped me to improve my decision making and time management.
I really enjoy my programme. It is very flexible and I can choose whether to work at home or in an office. I am able to keep a healthy work-life balance and my community is very supportive and welcoming.
The programme is well-structured.
I receive lots of support from my employer. The whole community is caring of one another and prioritise wellbeing.
