  • In my role I will monitor queues of incidents and tasks that need to be actioned for a user and these issues can vary between account amendments and system fixes.

  • I am still being merged into my new role but I have learned more about the system I have used before and we will be using for the for seeable future.

  • So far their has been a little bit of confusion but I feel things are beginning to make sense and we are getting back on track.

  • The program appears to be straight forward and well organise . I’m yet to have any real difficulties.

  • I have received great support from my employer. I have been given the space for focusing on my course work and I always have someone to contact for support.

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • I believe I have had a good amount of support and I am yet to have any serious problems.

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • As I have just started the course, I haven’t seen too much impact but it has sharped up what I know on what I have done so far.

  • 8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
  • I haven’t seen anything standing out in regard to the question but I know there is many additionally training course to learn other things you maybe interested in.

  • Yes

  • From all of my working experiences, this is the first job I feel comfortable, reassured and career driven.


  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Capgemini?
  • Capgemini is a IT Business but you don’t need to be an expert in IT to apply and you can look into moving up in the company and building on various types of knowledge.
