    • My business unit is very organised and has unique and specific procedures for many things making it extremely structured.

    • Receive an immense amount of support which includes having a buddy assigned to you and mentors are also available

    • They provide access to all their facilities as if we were full time student so again, the support is immense.

    • Extremely compatible and improves the understanding and my performance in my role
