  • My role is a duty manager. I support and manage a team. I make sure all health safety tasks are done and all other admin tasks are done. I make sure the team are meeting customer needs and exceeding expectations.

  • I’ve learnt about leadership styles and which leadership styles I should use in different situations. I’ve also learnt how to manage a team better by using certain techniques to help support them.

  • I really enjoyed my programme as it helped me expand and develop my skills. It also thought me many things that I didn’t know before. The programme also helped me see the ‘why’ we do things and detailed how to certain things.

  • The programme was well structured and organised and made it very easy to navigate through the content.

  • My employer supported me as much as they could.

  • My training provider provided me as much support as I needed and never failed to help me when I needed it.

  • I feel that my qualification will definitely help me perform better in my role as it has expanded my knowledge and helped developed new and exciting skills.

  • There are many activities at work, such as fundraisers and professional meetings.
