employment advisor managing a caseload of job seekers back in to work through setting SMART actions and completing activities
yes new management tools, project management, continuous improvement
enjoyed meeting new people within the business and learning new skills
there was a lack of tutors and this was disruptive and delayed progress delivered remotely, which I would have preferred face to face interaction for peer support
I had a change in management and it was difficult to manage work and study load at the same time and due to the lack of a consistent tutor
due to having 3 tutors and a 3-4 month gap it was lacking my final tutor was exceptional Mark Forsyth who gave 110% to make sure I was able to complete my course
It enabled me to coach and mentor colleagues and set up a project to improve business development to improve targets, skills and knowledges
yes staff lunch/ breakfast incentives, Christmas meals, Ninja Warrior / and charity voluntary days
Yes
It has been a good place to learn and develop personal skills and to be able to grow with the business and meet friends for life
Be adaptable to constant change
