  • yes new management tools, project management, continuous improvement

  • enjoyed meeting new people within the business and learning new skills

  • there was a lack of tutors and this was disruptive and delayed progress delivered remotely, which I would have preferred face to face interaction for peer support

  • I had a change in management and it was difficult to manage work and study load at the same time and due to the lack of a consistent tutor

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • due to having 3 tutors and a 3-4 month gap it was lacking my final tutor was exceptional Mark Forsyth who gave 110% to make sure I was able to complete my course

  • It enabled me to coach and mentor colleagues and set up a project to improve business development to improve targets, skills and knowledges

  • yes staff lunch/ breakfast incentives, Christmas meals, Ninja Warrior / and charity voluntary days
