I enjoy it a lot my managers/supervisors and co workers have all been helpful and I am learning a lot and its not stale at all
Its not bad its more I tell my manager/supervisor what is going on and what I need but its mainly between me and tutor and much-but with the nature of what I am doing I don't need a lot of structure within the business - but being the first apprentice there could have been some better structure
I get what I need as mentioned above there isn't a whole lot I need outside of study time which I am given when ever I want it and they managers and supervisors or co workers are always willing to help.
I get weekly lessons but sometimes its hard due to days being fully booked and I cant get the lessons in when I need them at short notice which is a bit picky but sometimes it is what I need
It defiantly helps but I feel like the job helps me more with the qualification than the qualification helps with the jo but I am very early on I feel like as the qualification gets more complicated it will help me a lot more with my job
There is department socials every so often and yearly business event
Yes
Good company and good support from what I have experienced
No idea
