  • Expenses - batching and sending them off for payment Email inbox - invoices on to tracker and then batching and sending them to payment queries in mail box

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • I enjoy it a lot my managers/supervisors and co workers have all been helpful and I am learning a lot and its not stale at all

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • Its not bad its more I tell my manager/supervisor what is going on and what I need but its mainly between me and tutor and much-but with the nature of what I am doing I don't need a lot of structure within the business - but being the first apprentice there could have been some better structure

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • I get what I need as mentioned above there isn't a whole lot I need outside of study time which I am given when ever I want it and they managers and supervisors or co workers are always willing to help.

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • I get weekly lessons but sometimes its hard due to days being fully booked and I cant get the lessons in when I need them at short notice which is a bit picky but sometimes it is what I need

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • It defiantly helps but I feel like the job helps me more with the qualification than the qualification helps with the jo but I am very early on I feel like as the qualification gets more complicated it will help me a lot more with my job

  • There is department socials every so often and yearly business event
