Duty manager. Overlook team and make sure things are kept in order and done on time. Lots of admin behind the scenes jobs too.
Learnt a lot to do with admin side of the role and a lot through the apprenticeship so far such as cultural awareness

Definitely encourage anyone to give it a go. If you have a strong work ethic and love to learn then definitely go for it
