My role as a PSO entails supporting 5 engagement managers with project mobilisation activities, forecasting, financial management, I organise and host sales to to delivery hand over calls for new projects. My job involves working with a wide number of different stakeholders, including our client.
As a degree apprentice, I've enhanced my teamwork, communication, and problem-solving abilities, while acquiring new skills in project management, advanced technical knowledge, and industry-specific software. This blend of academic learning and practical experience has significantly contributed to my professional growth and competence.
I thoroughly enjoyed the degree apprenticeship program. The blend of hands-on experience and academic learning was engaging and rewarding. We have various different initiatives, one of which is Muslims@Capgemini which is a safe space for Muslims and allies to connect with each other and promote inclusivity. We have monthly catchups in each of our offices, as well as Eid events.
