  • The Best Place I have ever worked in my Entire Life is EE!!!!!!!!! As a Customer Service Advisor at EE, I provide efficient and effective service to customers. My daily responsibilities include being the initial point of contact for customers seeking advice or assistance from EE/BT, addressing inquiries, handling complaints, and tracking orders and refunds. Additionally, as an apprentice, I perform administrative tasks under my team lead’s supervision. I genuinely love working here!

  • I have learnt a lot new things which changed my life working in here.

  • The Best Place I have ever worked in my Entire Life is EE!!!!!!!!! I genuinely love working here and I mean it! This company allows and gives the priority to each individual to learn their own way possible and respect that everybody learns differently which is really commendable. I feel blessed working in here with a great work friendly environment.

  • All our apprentice programmes are organised with proper excellence which give me confidence and on the other hand now I know how to talk to people, good with multiple technological systems, very confidence in multi tasking and learning new every other day also learning how to work as a team.

  • This is the most supportive workplace I have ever come across with. All of my colleagues, team leaders, instructors and trainers are super supportive.
