    • I am in-charge of the financial month end for a specific account and work on a PMO team to maintain the many engagements via resourcing forecasting invoicing and billing.

    • I have learnt many financial skills and business development behaviours such as enabling delivery of financial analytics and optimisation as-well as people management skills.

    • I enjoy my programme as i am completing my degree with aston as-well as learning on the job and gaining invaluable experience

    • I am the fourth cohort if this programme and it is ver structured in terms of the modules linking with my day job and training in the company is fit for my role

    • I have much support from my employer via the buddy system and my reviewer has been super helpful with my progression.

    • There are a-lot of courses available and my training provider supports me

    • My degree is very well linked to my role all the way from finance to development skills courses as the skills and knowledge I learn helps me in work

    • Yes we have many capabilities or networks we can join and and within them many social activities take place and I’m involved in 2 currently.
