Managing change requests from engineers in several test and the production environment of programme software. Making sure there are no clashes and the timetable of the change doesn't clash with other changes or ongoing planned outages. Keeping track of these on Sharepoint for audit purposes.
The main skill I have learned so far is extremely tight organisation skills and procedure following to strict step by steps.
I am very happy with my new job role and the time I am given to do my coursework.

The flexibility in work and study has been excellent. The support from my colleagues has been perfect and it has the perfect work/study/life balance.
Be confident and be open to change. The hardest part is signing up.
