The overview of my role is to complete all necessary training/qualifications such as collage work and an NVQ. on a day to day basis I work along side experienced engineers and progress to becoming an approved tradesperson
I learn many new skills every week, and am always improving current hand fitting skills.
I think the programmed is a very enjoyable experience meeting new people and developing many skills whilst being paid and being qualified.
The programme is always evolving to become better structured.

Because it is a great experience and leads perfectly into a good job with many options to change roles and move to different GE company's across the globe, I have also met many new people. I have gained loads of experience and qualifications
do research before applying.
