My role involves delivering live releases providing daily support to the live services squads through chairing meetings, organising workloads and communicating with the client
I have improved both my technical and interpersonal skills through working at capgemini by networking with a huge variety of experienced colleagues. Capgemini have also given me the ability to complete training to enchance my performance
I would say I really enjoy the programme as there is a large young community of grads and apprentices as well as strong support towards my role
My programme is very well structured with multiple points of contact so I never feel alone and always have someone to fire questions to
I recieve a great amount of support from my employer. There is a clear structure that allows me to complete my daily job tasks comfortably and to a high standard
Aston university are great at staying in touch and provide multiple learning resources to support me in the completion of my degree
I have learnt a lot from my qualification that I have been able to put into practice in my job role. This has enabled me to improve my performance
Yes - there are multiple sports and social events such as weekly football sessions. There is also a gym in the office
