  • Team leader - Overlooking audits, paperwork, supervisions, meetings, day to day maintenance of office work, interacting with others, meetings.

  • Audits, maintaining day to day running of the service, internal and external interactions.

  • I enjoy learning new parts of the topics, things in which I wouldn't typically explore on a day to day basis consciously and using this within my work

  • I feel that I am offered flexibility, and am understood with my methods of learning - i feel supported in what i do, and how I can approach this to better my skills.

  • I feel as though I have support, and I am valued, although this may not be possible always due to these individuals being busy, I am appreciative of any advice or guidance offered.

  • I feel fully supported, and I receive advice and guidance where necessary, I feel valued and supported within my work.

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • By allowing me the time to learn and acknowledge how to better my work, works well. I am a visual learner and my provider has taken this on board to best suit my learning type.

  • I am offered opportunities to access networking events to deepen my learning and maintain expectations, I find this useful.

  • Yes


  • 9b. Why?
  • I feel that Makingspace is a company where they offer individuals the chance to build on their progression, and although this may take a back burner, it is worth taking the opportunity to work with such inspirational service users and staff.


  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Makingspace?
  • Always put your best foot forward, smile bright and if you believe you can, you can achieve anything in this world, for yourself or for others.
