  • I manage a furniture shop for pilgrims hospices in east kent, managing a team of volunteers to raise funds to support the running of 3 hospices in east kent.

  • I am currently developing and fine tuning all of the skills i have learnt over the years working here and complete a course in order to achieve more.

  • i am enjoying learning different aspects of what i already it is keeping me interested and i am keen to keep developing.

  • well run programme with a great instructor.

  • they give me the time i need to complete what i need to complete. however job is demading and i need to prioritise work.

  • she is excellent.

  • it is relevent to the work i currently do and will help me to develop further.

  • yes i help with events and senior roles such as intervewing and conflict resolution.
