  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • My training provider does offer a few options to get support if you need to. I haven't utilised this support however I do know that it can take a bit of chasing to get a response from them. • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • Upon starting, only some parts of my qualification link with my role. However, this is set to change. The idea is once an apprentice becomes more settled into their job role, they'll move onto new projects where they can learn more and utilise new skills in the workplace. These new projects I'm set to work on will have more links with the content I learn as part of my qualification.
