  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • the support is very good. they held the webinars well and follow up calls. only one webinar was not the greatest but the rest have been decent

    7/10

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • Its a qualification but I do not see the correlation with the job. I am in a role that can be performed without the qualification like so many staff in the role came straight in without the programme. Then after the programme finishes I still have to do the relevant lending qualification which I could do right now
