I’m currently on AMP where I focus on the trade for the week just gone and how well my specific Product Groups have done. I also have other responsibilities like creating a deck for the Head of AMP and providing daily sales for the team.
I have learnt many new skills already from excel through to reading company dashboards and presenting in team meetings to the team.
I love it! Practicing new skills whilst learning and gaining a qualification in the side is perfect for me! My team and everyone I’ve met since working at ASOS are all lovely and so welcoming!
At first communication is hard but I now am able to easily email/teams the FRA
ASOS is very accommodating and whenever I have a problem it always gets resolved quickly or I’m directed into someone who can help me
At the moment emails are more than okay for what I need help with as it’s usually a simple question about off the job training or a link to a meeting.
I use it in my everyday work and can relate a lot too. Also having done business at a level I’m able to have an understanding before so I can grasp onto more information
Yes so many!! I’ve already had a week called ASOS develops which allows ASOSers to get involved in so much from kimchi making to yoga. I’ve also got an upcoming trip to one of our warehouses!!
Yes
They are so welcoming and supportive which makes a first job or starting a new job less daunting. There’s so many opportunities up for grabs and exciting things happening around the office. The support from my team in general all the way up to my Head of it great!
Take part in everything as there’s such a variety of things going on and that’s where you’ll meet people and learn a lot!!
