  • 1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
  • My role is a Social, PR & Talent coordinator. My role involves a rotation in all 3 teams throughout the 2 year apprenticeship course. My day to day consists of working on projects and campaigns in collaboration with other brands. Some of my tasks may include building out briefs, presenting, creating social content and working at events.

  • 2. Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
  • Since starting I have developed many skills from presentation skills, communication, data analysis, identifying trends, social media marketing etc.

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • I really enjoy my programme as it has allowed me to immerse myself in a inclusive and innovative environment, where I am able to learn, collaborate and always put my new learning into action.

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • My programme is very organised. However, interns of structure, it would've been more helpful if we had a timetable or a fixed learning workshops continue on a more regular basis. I believe during the beginning of the apprenticeship, all apprentices need more coaching and learning to keep us more busy.

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • I receive weekly support from my line manager, however would prefer more support/shadowing with other employees in the wider team.

  • We receive enough support as they provide u many learning platforms, and coaches to reach out to.

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • It helps my performs better as it gives me a stronger understanding of my industry and allows me to develop my foundation skills further.

  • To be yourself and really express your passion and knowledge for the industry you are applying to.
