My role is a Social, PR & Talent coordinator. My role involves a rotation in all 3 teams throughout the 2 year apprenticeship course. My day to day consists of working on projects and campaigns in collaboration with other brands. Some of my tasks may include building out briefs, presenting, creating social content and working at events.
Since starting I have developed many skills from presentation skills, communication, data analysis, identifying trends, social media marketing etc.
I really enjoy my programme as it has allowed me to immerse myself in a inclusive and innovative environment, where I am able to learn, collaborate and always put my new learning into action.
My programme is very organised. However, interns of structure, it would've been more helpful if we had a timetable or a fixed learning workshops continue on a more regular basis. I believe during the beginning of the apprenticeship, all apprentices need more coaching and learning to keep us more busy.
I receive weekly support from my line manager, however would prefer more support/shadowing with other employees in the wider team.
We receive enough support as they provide u many learning platforms, and coaches to reach out to.
It helps my performs better as it gives me a stronger understanding of my industry and allows me to develop my foundation skills further.
There are unfrequent social activities.
Yes
Very good working environment with very supportive teams and managers.
To be yourself and really express your passion and knowledge for the industry you are applying to.
