Creating reports for different sale and non sale aspects of trade. Monitoring the performance of discount codes both on the day they go live and the day prior to see the difference in trade.
Developed my understanding of Excel to a much higher standard. Learning how to use new software specific to my role e.g. Oracle RPM, MicroStrategy to name a few
ASOS frequently run training and development sessions to help you perform better at your day job. Your department also make sure that you are shown how to do everything properly and will support you all the way.
We have been made aware of how to access resources that might be useful. Other than that and the sessions specific to the course, not much else has been provided for support.
After a few sessions, a lot of what has been covered by the training provider doesn't feel too relevant. However, it is early doors so it might be more relevant as time goes on.
Thursday night work socials are a regular occurrence within ASOS and we have a few team drinks and meals planned for the summer months.

Great people that are very friendly and the office is very nice and modern.
Make sure that what you are applying for is exactly what you want and ask plenty of questions to know that you would be happy in the role.
