for my role I work as a production assistant so I hope out the production team with tasks that they may not have time to do for example raising POs looking after probs, running on set.
yes I feel like I have developed alot of skills especially my professional skills. I have developed my cognitive skills thinking on my feet, time management, communication and many more.
I enjoy working with the people that I work with and not having that pressure put on me when I am learning new things.
I feel as though the asos side of things is really well structured but at the beginning the FRA side was laking a bit in information
loads of support which has been amazing I feel like everyone I have worked with has been so supportive.
I don't receive as much support but I think that is because we aren't far enough in to know yet but they seem as thought they would be supportive.
I feel as though it gives me a broader understanding of my work and the environment that I am in.
there are lots, lots of networks I am part of 3 which are the theysosers which is for the LGBTQI+ community , same but different which is for people who are neuro diverse and the sneaker community who are interested in footwear. there are always opportunities for social events.
