  • 1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
  • for my role I work as a production assistant so I hope out the production team with tasks that they may not have time to do for example raising POs looking after probs, running on set.

  • 2. Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
  • yes I feel like I have developed alot of skills especially my professional skills. I have developed my cognitive skills thinking on my feet, time management, communication and many more.

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • I enjoy working with the people that I work with and not having that pressure put on me when I am learning new things.

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • I feel as though the asos side of things is really well structured but at the beginning the FRA side was laking a bit in information

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • loads of support which has been amazing I feel like everyone I have worked with has been so supportive.

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • I don't receive as much support but I think that is because we aren't far enough in to know yet but they seem as thought they would be supportive.

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • I feel as though it gives me a broader understanding of my work and the environment that I am in.

  • 8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
  • there are lots, lots of networks I am part of 3 which are the theysosers which is for the LGBTQI+ community , same but different which is for people who are neuro diverse and the sneaker community who are interested in footwear. there are always opportunities for social events.

  • Yes


  • 9b. Why?
  • because its such a safe place to work and I feel so comfortable in the skin that I am in. everyone is so supportive and so friendly. It is a great place to work.


  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to ASOS?
  • just be yourself and they will love you.
