My role involves teaching children new skills, supporting their development and providing them with fun and stimulating activities. I support children with their physical development as I create activities and games that include both fine and gross motor skills. I am also responsible for keeping children safe and tracking their progress in order to plan the childs’ next steps.
This job has helped me to build on my team-work skills.
I thoroughly enjoy my programme as I am provided with lots of encouragement as well as support.
