As a carer I help with daily living tasks such as personal care, dressing, feeding & drinking, activities and activity planning
I have learned many new skills such as safeguarding, legislation, active support, mental health & stress, dementia
I really enjoy my apprenticeship and learning new and important information to improve my working.
Very well organised and run
If I ever need extra support or expertise my managers are always there to help and guide me
My trainer is always there if I am in doubt or need any support with any of my working
Through gaining important knowledge it helps in every aspect of my work including knowing all the legal side of why we do the things we do which is great
