I have the responsibilities of looking after children aged 2-3 years old. I do activities with the children and help with their personal care needs. I also lead a team of staff and make sure they are fulfilling their role.
I am developing new skills all the time. I am being given more leadership skills to help with my apprenticeship.
I fully enjoy my apprenticeship. I am gaining new skills and learning all the time.
The course is well structured and organised. You are given enough time to complete assessments and supported all the time.
I receive a lot of support from my employer. They have provided me with a mentor that I can go and speak to if I have any concerns. They also provide me with time out to complete some of my work.
My tutor is always on hand via email if I need any support. I have had a difficult time and my tutor has been very understanding and supportive.
My qualification gives me the skills to use with my leadership role and encourages me to perform a lot better than I did before starting the qualification.
