My role involves running the store day / to day, taking into account labour, food costs, sales and staffing.
I have developed my skills on training and the importance of training in the work place
I am enjoying my programme a lot so far, it is very interesting and my coach is helpful. The webinars are also very helpful
Very organised. All set out well online and meetings are held regularly
Any questions I have my employer it there to answer. She's great and always happy To help with any concerns
I receive a monthly progress review where we discuss my work and have access to a message centre where my coach will reply asap to any questions
A lot. It is really improving my depth of knowledge in certain aspects of my work.
Professional networking events in the form of webinars are held with other people on my course. It's nice to meet new people with the same interests.
